Our little thespian

Ashton's kindergarten class was recently visited by the local school system's cable channel. They were doing some interviews about conserving water amidst the drought conditions we have had here in North Carolina this year. We thought she was going have a starring role, but unfortunately, her part was cut. But that's her sitting next to Mr. Barnhill, putting her thinking cap on and raising her hand.

It might not be the Oscars, but it's a start.
